Topic

Over the past years drug delivery has gained an increased importance for the development of new pharmaceutical products. To use the full potential of modern biological compounds suitable, effective drug delivery systems are required which facilitate a better utilization with reduced side effects.

The Minisymposium provide both, an overview on general, technological and regulatory aspects of drug delivery systems as well as presentations on design, properties and potential applications especially for antibodies and nucleic acid delivery.
